You might recognize this gorgeous couple from a few other sessions I’ve posted. Miranda and Miguel are the most genuine and loving couple, who put a strong emphasis on the importance of their family.

They spent their big day surrounded by those who love them most, beginning with the gorgeous ladies getting their hair and makeup done by the talented artists at Storm Hair Group in St. Catharines while the boys relaxed and enjoyed the morning preparations at one of the groomsmen’s homes in Welland. A quick ride to Niagara Falls brought Miranda and the girls back to their home to get into their dresses before we ventured off to Honsberger Estates in Jordan where we spent the rest of the day.

Since the couple wanted a moment to themselves, we opted to do a first look before the ceremony which was a little tricky because they needed to ride to the venue together but it was so worth it. Did you see the way he looks at his stunning bride?

I will never forget the moment Miranda and Miguel said their vows to one another outside under the arbor; thunder rumbled over head and dark clouds started rolling in but in some perfectly timed scene straight out of a movie, the rain held off until the after the processional.

Thankfully the down pour didn’t last long and left us with an incredible sunset in the evening, the perfect ending to a perfect day. It was such an honour to spend the day making memories meeting and getting to know such incredible people!
