I’m always an advocate of personalizing my client’s engagement sessions so that it truly represents who they are as a couple. That way they can look back at their images five, ten or even twenty years from now and cherish those moments.

I have to say, Sam and Ryen did an amazing job doing this. She is a passionate reader and came along to the session with an assortment of her favourites while Ryen (a musician and DJ) came with his guitar. They combined the things they love with the person they love in some amazing images. Ryen even serenading his bride-to-be with a few songs while we enjoyed the beautiful fall sun and captured the moment.

As the sun was slowly making its descent, we made a short drive to an open field to take some exciting photos of them throwing coloured powder at each other. What a creative and engaging idea.  It is safe to say that we all had a great time laughing and trying to dodge the flying colours.

And to top off that excitement, these two lovebirds are tying the knot tomorrow! Can’t wait to witness their big day and capture some amazing memories for these two.
