As I write this I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with how grateful I am for the clients I’ve had over these last three years. You know for me, it’s not just about delivering a beautiful gallery of images, it’s about the experience and relationships I build along the way that hopefully last for years to come. I don’t want to become an impersonal, mass-producing factory. I want to spend quality with my clients, invest in them as they have done for me, and produce an experience that is significant and meaningful to them.

In early September I had the honour of meeting up with this gorgeous couple in St. Catharines, Ontario. You may find their faces familiar as I’ve photographed Julie and Vince for their engagement session and wedding a few years ago. They have also been in a few wedding parties I’ve documented, too!

A lot has changed since those early years and I am so happy that I’ve had the opportunity to watch their family grow with their first daughter and just recently, their second. This session was special for us—Julie and Vince were one of the very first couples to put their trust in me as a new business owner and have been so immensely helpful sending their engaged friends my way. Their kind words and appreciation help light the passion I have not just for photography, but for telling love stories, too.
