I will always remember Celeste and Jared’s wedding anniversary, because they share it with my husband and I! I was so excited to spend the day with these two incredible people, along with a few familiar faces from the day (shout out to Robert and the other Lukacs’, love you guys!).

I spent the morning with the beautiful bride and her amazing entourage while they prepared for the day’s events having their hair and makeup done by the talented Glam and Glow Niagara. I still remember how wonderfully relaxed the day began, even with the sky opening up and raining throughout most of the morning. They do always say rain on your wedding day is good luck and thankfully it all cleared up just in time for us to drive over to the Fonthill Inn to do their first look.

There was a bit of nervous anticipation in the air as Robert, the man of honour, helped the stunning bride down the stairs to greet her husband-to-be. I just loved the emotions during this intimate first-look and the absolute joy on their faces as they enjoyed a few quiet minutes together before tying the knot. What a perfect setting for this special moment!

After posing for a few quick portraits, the limo whisked the couple off to Club Roma to be married. With the threat of rain, they safely moved everyone under the large pavilion, adorning it in all the breath-taking blooms from Bloom & Co. I love the colours of the flowers with the fresh green of spring in the background and the wonderful ceremony where they became husband and wife. Luckily, the rain let up and we were able to spend our time photographing family and bridal formals on the Club Roma property!

When we finished, Maddy and I joined the family inside to spend the rest of the night beneath the starlit reception hall. The food was delicious and the company even better! These guys know how to dance and have a good time.
